So have you visited CItygarden?  Did it live up to your expectations? What were you expecting?

I have to admit, it makes me want to spend more time downtown.

Jonathan Coulton at Off Broadway

Jonathan Coulton hit Off Broadway last night for a sold out show with opening act Paul & Storm. The audience was in rare form, but I guess these guys are probably used to that.  I love people-watching.  Both the performers and the audience get high marks from me.

JD & I stopped by The Stable for a quick appetizer supper beforehand. We'll be going back for an actual entree sometime soon, I think, since all the food around us looked pretty good. Of the items on our "Meat and Cheese Board," the mustard, cheeses, and all but one of the meats were winners. I'm also curious about their new distillery, I have to admit.

Local Musicians Go Undercover

We hit Firebird's third night of UnderCover Weekend and had a blast.  You probably already know all about it if you follow GatewayGroupie on Twitter, but I thought I mention it here, too.
